Mathew was, in a sense, the big brother I never had. I consider myself lucky to have had him become part of our family when my aunt married his father. Matt was always there for anyone and, particularly, every dog! We shared some great times and some crazy holiday dinners! I will always remember to keep my sweatshirt strings even, Matt, with all of my love; you are missed dearly.

I remember my wife going nuts during Thanksgiving, trying to find everything she needed to make Matt a gluten free pie just to see his smile. She loved her cousin very much and just wanted him to feel loved when he was with his family.
