MIchael Scala Obituary
Staatsburg - Michael A. Scala, 60 of Staatsburg, NY and formally of Somers, NY passed away on Tuesday May 9, 2017 at the Renaissance Rehab and Nursing Center in Hyde Park, after a long illness. Born on March 28, 1957 in Mt. Kisco, NY he was the son of the late Francis Scala and Marie Burnham. Michael graduated from Somers High School in 1975.
Survivors include his children; Jeff and wife Sandy of Hyde Park, NY, Frank and wife Jen of Hyde Park, NY; Michael, Crystal and Anthony of Brewster, NY; Sisters Laurie and husband Jeff Elderkin of Hyde Park, NY and Lynne Hards of Mohegan Lake, NY; grandchildren Chyenne and James Scala and several nieces and nephews.
The Family would like to thank Mid Hudson Regional Hospital and the staff at the Renaissance Nursing Center for all their care and support.
