Nelson Hart Obituary
Poughkeepsie - Nelson Hart passed away on March 18, 2018, he was 53. He was predeceased by his mother Jean (Matheson) Hart who died in August 2017. He missed her very much. Nelson was loved dearly by his family, which included his sister Patricia (Hart) Young and her husband Gary, his niece Sara Hart, his aunts and uncles Peggy and Fred Planamenta, Bill and Sharon Matheson, along with many cousins. Nelson was a very proud, loving uncle to his niece Sara. Nelson was a very intelligent man who had a lot of interests. He was a really cool guy that will be missed by many friends. The family would like to thank Rhona Kerr who was his nurse for 27 years and all the other nurses and aides who took such amazing care of him. He is at peace now, popping wheelies from cloud to cloud.
