Nicole
Pat was probably the best friend I have ever had, so much so that I'm having trouble accepting that she is really gone. Our love of birds, flowers and nature in general bound us together as we rode around the country side buying plants and gathering weeds; then, planting, drying and pressing once we returned home. We spent hours together as we went through the varied phases of our lives. We shared our most private thoughts, laughed and sometimes cried. A truer friend I will never find. How blessed I am that I was able to share a whole week with Pat in Jonesboro last May. We enjoyed storytelling, the Jonesboro's annual garden tour, shopping into Gatlinburg and visiting a dear friend in Kentucky but most of all - just being together.
Your Mom will be missed by so many as she so lovingly and generously touched so many. May she rest in peace with the Lord she loved so much.
Fondly
Kathy
