Poughkeepsie - Patrick Anthony "Nutsy" Campbell, 45 of Poughkeepsie, NY, passed away on July 8, 2016 at The Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY, after suffering a long illness.

Patrick was born on December 10, 1970, in Saint Thomas, Jamaica; son of Egbert Campbell and Bertilla Stewart. Patrick attended Yallahs High School, in Jamaica.

Patrick loved traveling, cooking, being with his friends and family and playing cards.

In addition to his parents, Patrick is survived by his loving wife, April Blue-Campbell; sons, Emmeri Blue-Campbell, Malakai & Cymion Campbell; daughters, Patricia, Jahai & Koryn Campbell; brothers, Norman & Ralston Campbell; sisters, Barbara Rainford, Yanique Campbell-Brown , Danique Campbell & Natoya Campbell. Patrick was pre-deceased by a brother, Garth Campbell. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also are left to cherish Patrick's memory.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, from 5:00pm-7:00pm, at Joseph J. Darrow Sr. Funeral Home Inc. 39 South Hamilton St. Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 (845) 452-1840. Burial will take place in Jamaica at a later date. Please send all donations and floral arrangements to Joseph J. Darrow Sr.'s Funeral Home.
