My condolences to all.
Memory stretches back to the excellent tuna fish sandwiches prepared by Linda's mom, Sally. And to Linda's enchanting turn as Clara in the "Nutcracker."
I met Richard some years later at the Dutchess County Courthouse. He seemed very kind.

When one is young and a newspaper or class publication carries a notice of the death of a friend, it is a surprise. Later in life, when such publications do not have such sad news, it is a surprise so, with sadness but no surprise:

Dick and I were classmates, first at Clinton School and then PHS. Our paths diverged but we reconnected at the PHS 40th reunion and renewed our friendship. Among other things, he was a great help to me in settling my mother's estate 20 years ago.

Bon Voyage, mon ami

So sorry to hear of Dick's passing. I worked in the office next to his for many years. He was always kind and cordial to everyone. He never hesitated to give me legal advice whenever I needed it. Rest in peace.

My condolences to Sally, Donald, Neal and Linda on the passing of our former neighbor, and friend, Dick. He was a true Francophile, gourmet and loved good wines. My family (Amy, Julie, Nancy, Becky and Allison) fondly remember our days on the hill, and wish you, all, the same fond remembrances.

I worked downstairs in another office from Mr. Rosen for over ten years. In all that time, I could always ask him a question and receive great replies. He was kind, considerate and at the holidays would come into my office with a little something for me . He was a truly wonderful person and a great lawyer. My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.

So sad to learn of the passing of Mr. Rosen--my next door neighbor for nearly 30 years on Wheeler Hill. While I have not seen your family for many years now, I hope that his later years were wonderful and filled with much joy and family time. Thinking of all of you.
