I was sad to see of Glens passing.
I too remember Glen from The Printery House in Conception, MO.
And as Stephen said, many of his sayings and expressions, which still bring a smile to my face. We still remember you and the good times we had.

Glen was one of the first persons I met at Conception, MO, back in August of 1968. It was my first year at Immaculate Conception Seminary College and my father (and myself) had to make a water visit after driving from Kansas City for 2 and 1/2 hours. Glen gave us directions which were rather earthy at the time! Eventually I came to understand how Glen must have loved working at Conception since during the spring and fall and summer there are park benches where you can engage in conversation people from all over the country, people with PHD's, Masters, people studying philosophy, psychology, theology, the sciences, the arts: all with great repartee' and "over your head" comebacks. Rather intimidating... but everyone was so kind!
Sometimes in the evenings you would find Glen sitting on the end of a park bench talking with (sometimes) 3 Doctors, sharing jokes!
Glen, this is for you:
That's What He Said!
There was no big Hoop-Dee-Doo with you,
your reality was what we strived to be with,
out in the middle of nowhere, man, knowing that many of us were not chosen, knowing that all of us were called to be as full, as decent a man as we could be... like you. I like you, Glen.
I'm sure that's what He said, that's what I heard. Bless you, man.
