Aaron Travis Obituary
Aaron Patrick Travis, 40, passed away suddenly at work Monday, May 20, 2013. Aaron worked for many years for American Food and Vending at BAE in Johnson City. He was very interested in cars and computers. He loved to go fishing. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Miles and Anita Williamson and Joseph Travis and Mary Cerar. Aaron's children were the love of his life. He is survived by his daughters, Anastassia Spencer, Oxford, Anntoinette Miller, Tiffany Travis and son, Joshua Travis all of Binghamton; granddaughter, Harleha Miller; mother, Donna Travis, Binghamton and father, Ronald E. Travis, Vestal; sister, Vickie (Reese) Taylor, Binghamton. He leaves behind aunt and uncles, Teresa and Dick Brown, Chenango Forks and Terry Williamson, Endicott; cousins, Eric and Scott Brown.
Funeral services will be held 12:00PM, Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton with the Reverend Robert Seymour officiating. Interment will follow services in Glenwood Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00AM until the time of services.

When John Palmiter passed away, that was shocking enough, and now this. Wherever John went he must have seen they were in great need of a grill cook. Must be why Aaron was chosen...he was a great grill cook. I think he was the only person I know that could crack an egg in one hand and never break the yoke. Have fun cooking for that very large cafeteria in heaven, Aaron. You will be missed.

Like everyone at BAE, I was shocked to hear of Aaron's passing. We was always a pleasant man, and he always aimed to please. To his family, co-workers and all who knew him the best I offer my deepest heartfelt condolences. Rest peacefully Aaron.

I am sorry to learn of Aaron's passing. What a shock. His Dad introduced me to him in 2009 at his Aunt Marilyn (Cerar) Wright's calling hours. Marilyn's son's were very appreciative of that. I remember Aaron commenting on how much he liked to cook! I know if Marilyn's son's were in the area, they would have made every effort to attend the funeral.

Prayers to Aaron's family. I knew him not only from BAE but the Arena also. He was a Man with a Big heart and always a kind word as our paths crossed. He will be dearly missed.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Aaron's family for their loss of Aaron. I worked with Aaron at BAE and just recently he's come to help me here at Universal. He was always kind hearted and fun to work with. May God Bless you all.
