Aunt Mattie Lee was a wonderful aunt. She seemed to love all of us nephews and nieces like we were her own.
She had a marvelous way with words. She could make the most routine story amusing.
She always noticed our hair and what we were wearing. My, what an eye for detail!
I know one thing for sure: those other angels up there better be keeping that hair fixed and those hems straight or they'll be hearing about it!
We love you Aunt Mattie Lee.
