Angela Piccirilli Obituary
Angela DeSanctis Piccirilli, passed away unexpectedly February 14, 2014. Born in Casacanditella, Italy April 20, 1964, she moved to the United States with her family in April 1970. She was predeceased by her father Antonio DeSanctis and her nephew Matthew DeSanctis. She is survived by her husband Antonio Piccirilli, mother Lucia DeSanctis, brother and sister-in-law Nicola and Helen DeSanctis, their children John (Kristen), Marco, Luke, Miranda and Gabriella DeSanctis, sister Chiara DeSanctis, sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws Maria and Phil Kane, Luciano and Terri Piccirilli, Gianfranco and Michelle Piccirilli, Roberto and Traci Piccirilli, and many more nieces and nephews. She loved to gather with family and friends and enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews. One of her favorite things to do was take her beloved dog Bria for walks. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Humane Society in Angela's memory. Arrangements are in the care of Albert J. DeMarco.

So sorry to hear of Angela's passing. I had the great fortune of working with her for a few years, during which time we became good friends. I moved away and lost touch. I had hoped to reconnect after moving back to Binghamton and now I'm SO sorry I put it off. She was absolutely beautiful, inside and out.

Such a sad shock. Without Angela's influence in my life I (and my family) may have never found salvation in Christ. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. May she glory in the presence of Jesus for eternity. Find peace in that fact.
