Anthony, you've been heavily on my mind today and other days. Your death affected me more than any death I've experienced... even those closer to me. I think it's because I knew you potential and spirit. You were such a bright, loving person and I cherished you and memories of you deeply. Anthony was one of my students at Troy Craughwell. I will always remember his tall, proud stature. Anthony was very polite and always had a big smile when he entered the classroom. My prayers are with you at this difficult time. Heaven has welcomed a fine young man.

I did not know this young man but my son did and attended school with him since Troy. My heart goes out to his family and I am praying and asking God to take you through. I can only imagine how you feel and the sorrow only God can heal. We often want to question why but oneday we will understand it better. I will continue to ask God for healing and know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers and that others do care. All any of us can do is pray justice be done and that he is resting in the arms of Jesus now.

To the family of Anthony Fearn it is hard to find word to express my deep sorrow. I knew Anthony from Troy Middle School and through out high school. Antony was a good kid, athletic and could always make me laugh. My mother was one of the lunch ladies at Troy and she often recalls him being polite always speaking and joking around with her. Any one could tell that he loved his family especially his gradparents. It is sad that he is no longer here with us but I know he's in a better place. His memory will not be forgotten. To the Family of Anthony Fearn, Although I did not know Anthony personally he and my son where friends and went to Joliet West High School together. My son has nothing but good things to say about this handsome young man that was taken away from his family and friends way to soon. My condolences to the family. To all of Anthony's family - words can not express my sorrow over the loss of Anthony. I will never forget Anthony, his wit, his smile and his friendship. Anthony was Trevor and Lacey's first friend in the neighborhood and have been friends ever since. I will always remember you coming over everytime dinner was ready didn't matter what time I was cooking you would always show up just when we were ready to eat. I remember hanging out, playing games and just having a good time. I will also never forget when you scared the heck out of me in my garage by sneaking up on me and jumping on top of my car. I'll never forget when Anthony joined the Craughwell family. It was my first year of teaching in the MERIT Program. He was so eager to learn. To the family of this dynamic young man. Tears and cries have taken place in the passing of Anthony, but be rest assured, he is God's Angel and is keeping watch over his family, friends, and MMA students. He will be missed because Anthony has done what he was put on earth to do...make a difference. I have fond memories of Anthony and the boys (my son Michael)playing in the neighborhood. He was always so respectful and that left quite an impression on me. You all are in my prayers for God's strength to carry you through.

You will always be missed as a brother to me and not just a friend. Memories of all of the Sports that we played together... taking 7th grade basketball to State, kicking it at the house and going skating. I learned alot from being around you. Im going to miss coming in to school in the mornings and talking about everything. My prayers and sympathy go out to your "mi ma" grandpa and family. Gone but never forgotten.
