David R. Biddle
of EndicottDavid R. Biddle, 61, passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2003 at his home. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Biddle, Endicott; his parents, Maurice and June Biddle, Port St. Lucie, Fla.; uncle and aunt, James and Pat Biddle, Canton, Ohio; aunt, Susie Biddle, Canton, Ohio; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Edith and Paul Reed, Petersburg, Va.; nephews, David Reed, Norfolk, Va., Jonathan Reed, Washington, D.C.; and many cousins. David was born in Canton, Ohio in 1942. He graduated from Purdue University with a BS and MS Degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked for IBM from 1965 to 1992, retiring as an Advisory Manager. His passions were reading and collecting books, collecting unusual stories of human nature on TV and modifying music and photography on his computer.
A service for the celebration of David's life will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 E. Main St., Endicott. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Expressions of sympathy in David's memory may be made to the Animal Care Council, 131 Washington Ave., Endicott, N.Y. 13760, or to Richard N.
