Edward Babuka Obituary
Hamlin, NY: Edward F. Babuka, 82, of Hamlin, NY passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013 at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY. He is survived by five brothers John (Ramona) Babuka, Robert (Joyce) Babuka, Michael (Jackie) Babuka, Peter & Paul Babuka. Also many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a member of Ss. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, Endicott, a Veteran of the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Army. Ed was best know for always having a better story than the one you had. Funeral Services will be held Friday 12:00pm at the Leon Pucedo Funeral Home, Inc. 1905 Watson Blvd. Endicott with the Rev. Fr. Peter Tomas Pastor of Ss. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church officiating. Burial will follow in the Parish Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Pucedo Funeral Home Friday from 11:00am until time of Funeral Service at 12:00pm.

Eddie proclaimed himself my 'favorite brother-in-law', always made me laugh. His stories were legendary! What a kind soul. Every Fall, he'd bring down bushels of Matsu (crispin) apples to share with the(large!)family, & there would be stories to tell...his hot stock tips, favorite gaming places, deals galore. We'll miss you, Eddie! Godspeed!
