Frances Coyle Obituary

Frances E. (Hopkins) Coyle
of Binghamton, N.Y.
Passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 5, 2008, surrounded, as always, by her loving family. She was predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Anna Hopkins; her husband, William P. Coyle; son, John F Coyle; daughter, Margaret A. (Peggy) Coyle; and two sisters, Iva Neulon and Gladys McCaffrey. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Robert W. and Grace Coyle, Binghamton, James P. and Debby Coyle, Endwell, and Joanne Coyle, Waverly, N.Y.; 10 grandchildren, Michelle Miller, David, Brian, Maureen, Michael, William, Robert, Jennifer, Stephen and Chris Coyle; 11 great-grandchildren, and two nephews, William McCaffrey, Dublin, Ohio, and Richard McCaffrey, Candor, N.Y. She was a member of St. Paul's Parish, Daughters of Charity, and The Binghamton Lioness Club. She was a graduate of St. Paul's High School. Our family would like to give a special thanks to Lourdes Hospice. Frances was known for her passion to "shop 'til you drop" her final resting place will overlook a shopping mall.
A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 8th, at St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 9 till 10:00 a.m. in the Back of St. Paul's Church. Arrangements are by The Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home, Inc., 137 Robinson Street, Binghamton, New York. In lieu of flowers, friends wishing may make memorial donations to Lourdes Hospice, 169 Riverside Dr., Binghamton, N.Y. 13905 in memory of Frances E. (Hopkins) Coyle.
