Rosemarie and boys, I am so sorry to learn that Fran has passed away. He was a wonderful man and your family and ours shared many great times and made great memories as neighbors. How fortunate we were to be neighbors. Fran had such a beautiful smile and a quick laugh and I always had fun when he was turning the barrels while making wine. He was a huge role model for you 4 boys and passed his work ethic on to each of you. How lucky we have been to have him our lives.Joanne Zemberi
