Ida Spearbeck Obituary
- - Ida E. Spearbeck (Reppard) passed on January 3, 2019 at the age of 97. She is predeceased by her husband Glenn and son, Calvin (Willy). She is survived by daughters Diane (David) Bump, Gloria Whited and Emma Watson and sons Douglas (Staci) and Harold (Allene); a dedicated and engaging grandmother to several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Esther Fleshmann and her longtime companion Bob Gutman. The family would like to extend an expression of appreciation for the care and kindness extended to Mom during her stay at Elizabeth Church Manor and to Diane Bump for her loving attention and care of Mom over the past decade. No prior visitation. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Broome County Humane Society, 167 Conklin Ave., Binghamton, NY. Arrangements made by Aegis Cremation & Funeral Services, 196 Clinton St. Binghamton, New York.

Ida was an extraordinary person. She had a goal to live to be a 100 years old, unfortunately it did not happen. She was taken away from us, cutting our time short. She lived her life to the fullest and did whatever she wanted. She was my dear dear friend. We did so many things together, I will miss her every single day. She was like a second mom to me. She is in a peaceful place and can visit with her son Calvin (Willie) who she missed so dearly. To all of us that knew her and had encounters with her she will always be remembered. All my Love to a wonderful lady. I will miss her ever so much! Elaine
