James Mihok Obituary
nephews. Jim was an avid sports fan, especially football in which he made all conference and All Star in 1982 at Johnson City High. Also, he hunted and fished with his brother, Steve and close friends. He was always ready to lend a hand to family and friends. He took great pride in his work, especially brick laying and was taught well by his uncle, Tom Harvilla. Jim was a unique person in himself. At Easter 2010, Jim made his peace with God and began his road to recovery. A Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 6pm at the Barber Memorial Home, Inc. 428 Main Street Johnson City. The family will receive friends on Thursday at 3pm until the time of the service at the Barber Memorial Home.

Dear Mihok Family, please take comfort in knowing that we are all here only until God's will in us is done. Whatever God had planned for Jimmy's life here had been fulfilled. I always remembered Jimmy's great personality and hard work ethic, especially in football. I know he will be missed by all who knew him.

Although I have not seen Jimmy in many years I do remember the last time I spoke with him. We were both at a recovery meeting. It was wonderful to read that Jimmy had made his peace and was on his journey of recovery.
