Janice Raley Obituary
Murrells Inlet - Janice V. Raley age 77, passed away at Waccamaw Community Hospital on Wednesday, July 15, 2020.
Mrs. Raley was born in New Berlin, NY to the late Leonard and Edla Meyers. She was preceded in death by her brother Larry Meyers. She is also a member of both the American Legion and the VFW ladies auxillary and The Moose Lodge.
Mrs. Raley is survived by her husband of 57 years, Lawrence T. Raley, a son; Kevin Raley (Debbie Conklin) of Chenango Bridge, NY, a daughter; Lynae Raley-Savory of Oxford, NY, a grandson Larry A. Raley of Binghamton, N.Y
There will be no services.

So very sorry for your loss, so very grateful knowing Jan is at home in peace as her perfect, beautiful self. There are far too many memories and too limited space and time to share. Needless to say, our families have been around the block a time or two together. Jan’s strength, wisdom and sweet smile will be missed. Hold onto the many memories you’ve shared and find some comfort and peace during this difficult time.

We were so blessed to have Jan in our lives. Her friendship was so very special. Life won't be the same without her in it. She brought so much joy, and love to everyone she knew and all that she did... but Jan will be with us forever more in all the memories we have of her. Jan will be missed by so many but speaking for myself, I feel as if I've lost a soul mate.... I keep wanting to call her and the thought that I won't see her when in South Carolina when we next return is almost unbearable... She will live on in our many memories made over the past many years of our friendship. Rest in peace Dear Friend till we are together again..... Larry we are all sad to hear of Jan getting her wings but she is a beautiful angel and with her loved ones and breathing good. We will never stop missing her but remembering her friendly ways . My condolences to Larry and the family. Jan was in my class at BOCES and went on to work there. I remember her cheerful nature and enjoyed her friendship.
