John Chomyszak

John Chomyszak, 100, of Binghamton went to be with the Lord on April 9, 2021. John was known as a hard-working man who came to the United States after World War II from Germany. He was passionate about his Ukrainian heritage. John took his hard work mentality to Endicott-Johnson Shoes and GAF.

John was predeceased by his wife, Helena Chomyszak, son Stephen Chomyszak. John is survived by his daughter Stephanie Chomyszak, his grandchildren Richard Chomyszak and Amy Chomyszak-Plaza. John also leaves behind many other loving family members.

A mass of Divine Liturgy will be recited by Rev. Teodor B. Czabala, Jr.,11:00 am, Friday, April 16, 2021 at the Sacred Heart Ukrainian Catholic Church, 230 Ukrainian Hill Road Johnson City, NY. Interment will follow services in Sacred Heart Ukrainian Cemetery, Brooks Rd, Castle Creek, NY 13744. To forward condolences please visit www.demunn.com. Arrangements for the family are directed by the DeMunn Funeral Home.
