Sardella, Joseph A.

Joseph A. Sardella, 89, of Chenango Bridge passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side on June 11, 2016. He is predeceased by his parents Sisto and Carmella. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather that will be greatly missed by all. A special thanks to Dr. Alan Miller and his angels of mercy, Ginny, Connie and Susan who provided such wonderful care of Joe. Michelle,

So sorry to hear about your Dad. We actually had Cathy's Dad's funeral on the same day at the same cemetery - we saw you as we were leaving. Sad day for our families and the NYSEG community. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. May they both rest and hope they see each other in Heaven.

Our condolences to all of the Sardella family. I worked with Joe on the NYSEG annual report along with other print projects for many years. He was a joy and very talented man! Joe always had time for a friendly chat whenever we were walking our dog in the neighborhood and we'd see him outside tending his beautiful yard.

With sincere sympathy,
Karen and John Frobel

Michelle, Joe & Family,
I was so sorry to hear of your dad's passing.
Memories take me back to the good old days walking in the Chenango Bridge parade when your father coached my brother's little league team. Your dad always had a smile and a good word to share.
His artwork would be posted all over town with upcoming events that were taking place in the community. He was talented!
My dad joked and laughed with him on many occasions at social events. Great childhood memories to look back on.
I hope your wonderful memories get you though this difficult time.
GOD Bless, Denise (Oswald) Howe
