Kimberly Lee Sites
of Unadilla, N.Y.
Kimberly Lee Sites, 18, of Unadilla, passed away unexpectedly Saturday afternoon, November 12, 2005 from injuries sustained in an auto accident. She was born January 30, 1987, daughter of James Sites and Sandra VanKeuren in Stamford, N.Y. Kim attended Unatego Central School and was very active in sports, especially basketball, soccer and softball. She was also employed by A&D Taxi in Oneonta. Kim is survived by her father, James Sites and Debra Bush, Unadilla; mother, Sandra VanKeuren and Dale Schneegas, Milford; paternal grandparents, William and Kathryn Sites, Sidney; maternal grandmother, Donna Quackenbush, Oneonta; maternal grandmother, Rose VanKeuren, Stamford; two brothers, Larry VanKeuren, Milford, Eric Meade, Harpersfield; two sisters, Nicole Hannon, Holmesville, Jessica Hannon, Rockdale; aunts and uncles, Chester and Janet Sites, Norwich, Priscilla Mitchell, Sidney, Margaret Porter, Oneonta, William Sites III, Oneonta, Donnie and Erica Green, Sidney, Jamie VanKeuren, Cobleskill, Melissa VanKeuren, Jefferson, Joseph Helwig, Cobleskill; several cousins.
Friends may call Wednesday, November 16, 2005, the family will be in attendance from 6 to 8 p.m. at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main St., Sidney. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 17, 2005, in C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel at 11 a.m. Rev. David Steensma, Pastor of the Wells Bridge Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Masonville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Kim's name to Unadilla Eagle Explorers Post #1 Unadilla, N.Y. Arrangements are under the direction of C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, Sidney.
