Hey guys. My aunt Tami asked me to do this. I really don't know what to say. I've known Phil for: wow 15 years. Since I moved to GWJ. He's always been a friend, a brother and an amazing person. I know my cousin Paul is devistated too. Through all the good and bad, Phil was always there... trying to do his best. It kills me, I just saw him Wednesday jogging up OakHill. I wish I had kept in better contact with him when he left for the military, but I was very proud of him. Love you all. Your in my prayers & my entire families because Phil was family to us.
