Like Roger Brown, I have very fond memories of Mr. Munley from our years of sharing life guard duties at the Owego pool. He was a sweet, funny, kind man. May he rest in peace.

OMG I just heard. I'm so sad. He was the first friend I had when I arrived to Owego in 1973 and started my first day at Owego Apalachin Schools. He was always a true friend and I talked with him on the phone and we were planning on getting together for a visit when the whether gets better. So sad. RIP my good friend. I hope there is beer in Heaven. GOD Bless.

I love this photo of Dick that shows his easy smile and can imagine him in the chair by the fireplace overlooking the lake and feeling contentment. May his family be comforted by their memories of a genuinely nice man!

Mr. Richard Munley was an outstanding teacher, guidance counselor, and person. Such a gentleman, with a wry sense of humor. He had a positive influence on so many young people in Owego. May the light of heaven shine on him.

Mr. Munley was a wonderful man and teacher. He was a fun co-worker as a lifeguard at the Owego swimming pool. He was also a great friend to my father. May you rest in peace!

One of the Few Teachers , who could capture my attention, and turn a subject in to something interesting. A true educator who understood young adults. Condolences to his family and friend's.
