Roger Carr Obituary
Roger "Scotty" Carr, 66 of Endicott, passed away unexpectedly Monday, April 21, 2014 at his home. He was predeceased by his parents, Bernard and Virginia Carr; his sisters, Dawn and Judy. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Isabel Carr; five children, Scott Carr, Katana Carr, Shae-Grace Carr, Joy Dirig, Joshua Carr; eight grandchildren; his brother, Bernard Carr, Jr.(Dara); his sister, Paula Gee (Michael). He was the owner of the Justintime Company of Endwell and had a tremendous work ethic. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who loved his family and loved being called, "Pappy". A casual celebration of his life will be held Friday at Degennaro's, 300 Hill Ave. Endicott, NY from 6 to 8 PM. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to Alive with Autism, P.O. Box 145, Port Crane, NY 13833.

I do not know what to say to Scotty and his dad. You all have taught me so much to make me what I am today. If it wasn't for Scott's dad Roger I would not have what I have today. He was always my mentor and believed in me as well as John and they pushed me and guided me to be the man I am today. Will never forget the important advice that he gave me for my future was like a dad to me. He was one man that I always respected and when it was tough guided me through life's future. GOD SPEED MY FRIEND.

I have never respected someone any better than you the Airshows the Monster truck events, Drag races and even the best conversations were on the car ride home from Grandi's. The last time I saw you I left the truck and asked if you needed any thing you said " no I'm going home I'm tired" the home you meant was heaven I love you Pappy and will miss you and the memories we had.

I just learned of Scotty's passing today. To all of Scotty's family, my deepest sympathy. Scotty was a truly great teacher and had a fantastic nack for making all sorts of parts, a talent not many possess. I will always remember all the things he taught me. I turly enjoyed working with Scotty on projects at Savin and Amphenol. We will deeply miss him.

Uncle Scotty,
Your smile and easy laugh never failed to brighten my days. I'm very grateful we got to spend time together last summer while I was in NY. I will never stop missing you.
