Dear Pat and girls,
Like Yvonne, I remember fondly the many evenings Rudy and Pat spent with my parents down in our basement, and the fun they used to have. Rudy was like a kindly uncle. Always interested in what was going on in my life. Always that lovely, gentle smile. Mark and I send our prayers and love at this difficult time.

Kay, Becky, Mrs Masaryk and Peggy,

Elisa called me to tell me the news of Rudy's passing. I know that his health had not been good for the past few years, but it is still so very hard to accept.

I only met Rudy a few times, but my memories of him were of a very fun, hip and witty guy for a dude in his 60's! Of course this was when the concept of being 60 seemed really old and eon's in the future! But what I really remember most was how close he seemed to Mrs. Masaryk and how much he adored his three girls and their families.

Kay you were so very supportive of me and Elisa when my dad passed away last year, something one never forgets. We would love to return the favor so call on us at any time. I pray that God grants you courage and that you find solace in knowing that you were a great daughter, who he was so proud of and who knew how much you loved him. Try to celebrate his life and the fond memories you shared as this will help sustain you during this very difficult time.

My sincere love and sympathy,

Frank, Margaret and family

Pat, words can not express how sorry I am for your loss. I so enjoyed Rudy when he was attending my classes. He always had a way of making me smile no matter what the day was bringing me. I was sad when he no longer could come and always felt a void in the water with him not there. I know the last few years have been difficult for him and death is never easy for those left behind. But I know he is no longer in pain and is resting in peace. My prayers go out to you and your family. Rest in peace Rudy, you will be missed.
