All of my best and sympathies to the Jurkiw family. Steve "Shorty" was one heck of a man. I worked with him for many years at Universal and he could always put a smile on your face. Plus, he knew his Fantasy Baseball. He will be missed.

Sincerely,
Dennis Shaul and Family

To the Entire Jurkiw Family:
I first met Steve when he was engaged to Jerri in 1974 or 75; I was 8 or 9 years old.
One day Steve stopped over in the afternoon to show us his new sports car equipped with everything. It was one of the most ferocious vehicles I have ever seen.

To all the Jurkiw family:
I worked with Steve for years at Universal, where one of his nick-names was Short Pants. Since I was shorter than Steve, he would refer to me as Shorter-Pants, which he seemed to enjoy!
His sense of humor will be missed.
My sympathy to the entire family, may he rest in peace.

My Uncle Steve was one of the greatest uncles anyone could ask for. I have so many awesome memories, especially every Christmas Eve when "Santa" would drop by our big family parties! As kids, we just couldn't understand Santa's resemblance to Uncle Steve. I will miss him dearly and will cherish the memories forever.
