Steven Diffendorf Obituary
Steven W. Diffendorf, 58, of Concord, NC(formerly of Kirkwood,NY) passed away unexpectedly August 31, 2016 at his home.
He was predeceased by his parents Donald Sr. & Rose Ann Diffendorf and cousin Michelle (Brigham) Hand. He is survived by his daughters Stephanie & Stacy Diffendorf, his siblings-Sharon Murray, Susan (Jim) Brigham, Bea (Tim)Goff, Peg (David) Pitel, Donald Jr. (Michelene) Diffendorf, also several beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews & friends.
Steve was a passionate NASCAR fan, loved all types of auto racing, drove a mini sprint car for 3yrs,loved to fish & hunt. He had a great love for his family and friends.He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Though his smile is gone forever and his hand we can't touch, his memory is our keepsake, with which we'll never part. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us. A memorial service will be planned at a later date.

memories they say , i have a lot of memories of you mostly of you at shangrala race track watching your dad race a couple of times at your mom and dads house playing board games in five mile point few occasions at the lake at grams and gramps cottages i remember you always were on the look out for us younger kids thanks for that " Steve " i always will remember you and to your family i am truly sorry for your loss RIP Steve see you on the other side Lawrence J. I am sorry for your loss. My best memory of Steve was when he came into Mrs Butts' English Class. after seeing Elton John's movie "Tommy". He made plywood cutouts of his sneaker soles and screwed about 8" to the bottom of his sneakers. He had a great sense of humor.
