In some ways, it feels like a lifetime ago that you left us Pop. 50 years is a long time, but I also remember that day vividly and you will always be younger in my mind. It's so strange to have lived 17 years longer than you. I picture you healthy and happy with Mom and our other loved ones. I miss you. I'm doing all I can to assure that others don't lose a parent (or anyone) to cancer and I'm grateful that lung cancer diagnoses, treatments and life expectancies have improved. We are still fighting in memory of you!
