Carole LAX Obituary

75, formerly of Yonkers, NY, Wilmette, IL, and Santa Rosa, CA, passed away on October 25, 2013 in Peachtree City, GA. Carole was born in New York City on April 13th 1938. Carole grew up in Yonkers, graduated from Yonkers High School and studied at SUNY New Paltz. Carole was a talented seamstress and knitter, and also enjoyed reading and traveling extensively with her husband and best friend Stanley. Carole is survived by her husband of 53 years, Stanley Lax as well as their three daughters; Debby (Tony) Smyth of Ridgefield, CT, Karen (Joseph) Radest of Peachtree City, GA, and Julie (Mark) Ugar of San Francisco, CA. Carole also leaves behind her seven grandchildren; Rebecca, Jacob, Joshua, Cory, Madeleine, Lucy and Henry. Her family will miss her every day. Funeral services will be privately held.
