MEDINA, Cesar June 15, 1983 - December 7, 2017 It is with great sadness that the family of Cesar Armando "Juice" Medina Mejia announces his sudden and unexpected passing on Thursday, December 7, 2017, at the young age of 34 years. Cesar lived in Santa Rosa from the age of 5. He attended Elsie Allen High School graduating in 2001. He then attended Santa Rosa Junior College, were he was a proud Bearcub playing Center for the football team and played a key role in the 2003-2004 undefeated season. Known by most as Juice, he was raw, unfiltered and unapologetic. Family mattered to him more than anything and if he was your friend, he would be there through and through. His family grew as he would play a key role in growing the NorCal Dallas Cowboys Fan Club, of which he was President. Juice was a true blue, die hard Dallas Cowboys Fan - Go Cowboys! He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Quiroga); daughter, Isabel; son, Damian; son, Thomas (Smith); mother, Ana Mejia Mota; father, Jose Luis Medina Magana; and elder brother, Omar. A Funeral Service in memory of Juice will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Eggen & Lance Chapel on 1540 Mendocino Avenue in Santa Rosa, CA.
