Wesley, I don't know if you remember me. I was your Boy Scout Ass't SM & Scoutmaster of our Troop 12 that met at Wilson Elem. School; and this is going back to the early 1970s. I really enjoyed knowing you. I still remember you having such vibrant, youthful energy held together with blessings of warmth and humor. And I remember your dad, Curley, and what a lovely man he was; I was honored to know him. I am sorry you have met with such a profound loss at this point in your life. I do have to think that your personal faith and your children will continue to be there for you as you heal emotionally. I am now retired from teaching at the high school level, and that was a blessed experience for me. I knew you when I was in my early-to-mid 20s, and now I'm 75 (hard to believe). Do take care of yourself, and do continue to allow life to bestow its many blessings on you and your family.

05/04) Wes, I was your Scoutmaster in the early 1970s, which enabled me to know you & your father well. I was always impressed with you & your wonderful, positive energy! I'm so sorry to read in The P.D. concerning the passing of your wife of many years. You shall continue to be in my Thoughts--and Prayers. Very sincerely yours, Dale ([email protected])
