Eugene DRAPER Obituary

Passed peacefully in his home on July 15, 2014 surrounded by his family, his partner Marilyn and his beloved dog, Jack. Gene is survived by his three children Lynn Draper, Eric Draper, and Michelle Anderson; two brothers Steve Draper and Jeff Wagner; and five grand-daughters. In his words, "With family, friends and my companion for life, Marilyn, surrounding me, I am embarking on a new journey. I will miss you all and can't wait to see you again. In the meantime I hope to be fishing, playing golf and having a glass of wine or two with those love ones and friends who have gone before. So farewell, not goodbye, until we meet again." Special thanks to the Sutter Home Hospice Staff and to our very special home care provider, Joseph Viliame.

Gene, I was so sorry to hear you were no longer with us. Many a day over the past years I've enjoyed meeting you and your dog, Jack, on Bardy Road, as my dog and I walked by. Here's hoping the best to the rest of your family and loved ones, including Jack. Neighbor, Marilee Jensen
