Fran was such a beautiful person, I know she will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Our hearts go out to all of you. Growing up with her as a neighbor, I always loved Fran, she was one of the cool Mom's, nothing ever seemed to upset her. As an adult she was a very approachable person, with always a big hug. My Mom just passed also in March so I understand your loss. Call sometime just to catch up, we're at her house in the book, Love and blessings to all, Gail and Ian

Dearest Family: I want to extend our deepest sympathy to you all. You were trully blessed to have such an extraordiary wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Richard and I were also trully blessed to have been able to work with Fran for many years at the Probation dept. She will be trully missed by all. All our Love Ana and Richard Flaherty
