Franklin D. "Buster" Kerr, 81, passed away on November 20, 2041 at Kadlec Medical Center in Richland, WA. Buster was born June 27, 1933 in Spokane, WA to Lee & Evelyn Kerr. He worked at Peshastin Lumber Mill as a grader for 20 years before he retired there.

Buster lived in Pasco about 21 years with Michael Lake, Sr. and family. The last 5 years, Michael, Jr. had been his caregiver with the help of James and his wife, Samantha and Michael, Sr.

Buster is survived by his children Clayton (Josette) Kerr, Nathan Kerr, Mary Kerr and Katheryn Kerr; his brothers: Grover, and Robert Kerr; his sisters: Marylin Dailey, Nora Lopez, Sue McDonald, Jane Moran and Margaret Rocha; and numerous nieces & nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Franklin is preceded in death by his parents: Lee & Evelyn Kerr, sons: Dennis Kerr and Franklin Kerr, Jr.; daughter, Loretta Kerr; his brother, Loren Kerr; a baby sister and a grandson.

A Visitation will take place Friday, December 5, 2014 from 12-2:30 pm at Events at Sunset; 915 Bypass Highway, Richland, WA. A Celebration of Buster's life will follow Buster's Visitation at 2:30 pm.

Buster's Committal will take place at 10:00 am, Saturday, December 6, 2014 at the Leavenworth Mountain View Cemetery in Leavenworth, WA.
