George Michael Evankovich
George Michael Evankovich, age 79, residing in Santa Rosa, California, passed away on April 16th, 2023.
George was born January 5th, 1944, and grew up in Stockton and Santa Rosa, California. He served his country in Vietnam from 1967 through 1968. He worked for several high end Men's clothing shops such as The Brothers Four, Rosenburg's, and Romeros.
He married Gerry Evankovich in 1964 and had two sons, Marc and Will. He later married his wonderful wife Eleanor.
He is survived by Eleonor, his two sons, and his step sons and daughters; Scott, Terri, Kim, and Brent.
He was a loving grandfather and great grandfather to all of his grand children.
George loved his friends and family and had a passion for Italian Motorcycles, Sports Cars, and Rock and Roll Music.
He was loved and cherished by many.
There will be a celebration of life ceremony held on May 20th, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at The Friedman Events Center 4676 Mayette Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95405 for those that wish to attend. Casual attire.

So sorry to hear of George´s passing!! I worked with him in sales at Macy´s Furniture Store in Novato,Ca til 2007. Wonderful man!! Funny, very intelligent !! Again! So sorry yo hear of his passing! Sharon Young
