Gladys Jimenez

JIMENEZ, Gladys - passed away in Ashland, OR on February 20, 2008. A native of Mexico, and lifelong resident of Sonoma County, age 22 years. Dearly beloved daughter of Manuel and Ana Jimenez of Santa Rosa; loving sister of Zaira L. Jimenez and Osvaldo Jimenez both of Santa Rosa, she is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members. Gladys was a graduate of Piner High School, class of 2003, she studied at Santa Rosa Junior College and later transferred to the Southern University of Oregon to study criminology. She served as an intern for Victims Assistance before moving to Ashland. She enjoyed dancing, music, but what she l loved most was nature and spending time with her family and she cherished her friends. She will be greatly missed. Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Saturday, March 1, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 8400 Old Redwood Hwy, Windsor. Interment to follow at Santa Rosa Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Friday, February 29, 2008 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 5:45 p.m. at Daniels Chapel of the Roses, 1225 Sonoma Ave Santa Rosa.
