Taylor, Jeffrey Scott - "Jeff" - passed away peacefully at home on September 13, 2022, in Rohnert Park, CA at the age of 49 after a life-long battle with Type 1 Diabetes.
Jeff was born on July 23, 1973, in Santa Rosa, CA. He attended schools in Sebastopol, CA, where he resided the majority of his life. As a youngster, Jeff participated in Little League Baseball, Pop Warner Football, and soccer. He was an avid Seattle Seahawks and New York Yankees fan, but still enjoyed attending San Francisco Giants games with his brother. Jeff's hobbies included collecting baseball cards, building and riding bikes, playing video games, reading and collecting Stephen King novels, and playing guitar. Jeff's cat, Bubba - a close resemblance to Garfield - was his best buddy for many years.
Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Russell Taylor. He will be missed everyday by his soulmate and the love of his life, Toni Azarvand; daughter, Dennae Taylor; mother, Diane Taylor; brother, Russ "Rusty" (Carrie) Taylor; sister, Cheryl (Chris) Utley; Aunt, Tuk Kukowski; nephew, Jordan Taylor (fiancé, Sydnee Peterson); nephews, Callan Taylor Utley and Augden Lane Taylor Utley; and numerous cousins.
Friends are invited to attend a celebration of life in Jeff's honor on October 16, 2022, at 3:30 PM, at the Masonic Lodge, 373 N. Main Street, Sebastopol, CA.
Memorial donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) at jdrf.org, or to your favorite charity.

I had the honor to meet Jeff about a year ago. I was taking him to a dr appt. In the very short time i spent with him i felt like ive known him for years. Im a friend of Toni's and Jeff told me he that she was the love of his life. We laughed and talked about funny things that Toni and he would do. That was the last time i got to spend time with him. I wish i would of known him when he felt better. He was a very strong person to go through all that stuff
