Joseph Devine

1968 - 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joseph "Joe" Charles Devine, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend. Joe passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, hard work, and dedication to both his family and his community.
Born and raised in Northern California, Joe was a proud and lifelong resident of the area. He was the cherished son of Joe Devine Sr. (Karen) and Ginny Devine, and the loving brother of Heather Devine Arnold (Joel).
Joe is survived by his devoted wife, Tracy, and their three children-Joey Jr., Robby, and Emily- Papa to the three grand kids who were the pride and joy of his life. His deep love for his family was evident in everything he did, working 7 days a week most weeks and his role as a father and husband defined the core of who he was.
A hardworking and self-made man, Joe owned and operated a successful construction company that served the Sonoma and Napa County communities for many years. Known for his integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, Joe built more than just homes-he built trust and lasting relationships.
Whether on a job site or at a family barbecue, Joe was known for his big heart, steady presence and unmistakable laugh. He was a man who showed up-for his family, his friends, and his community.
Joe's legacy will live on in the lives he touched and the structures he built-both physical and emotional.
Joe Devine will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
