I was so sorry to hear of your loss! I have a pair of earring she made and I was trying to locate her to see it I could get another pair (I am a donor family) when I found she had passed. My condolences to her family and friends.

I have beautiful memories of Marcie. She and I shared our experiences as Kidney and pancreas recipients, close in age and time of our transplants. We met at the Transplant Donor Network then known at CTDN and worked many events together. We became friends as we met more often for volunteer work, planning events and sharing our personal lives. I remember going to her lovely home retreat in Napa after her husband, Dave had revamped it to facilitate it for her wheelchair. Marcie gifted me with her star necklace that she made by the thousands, to keep my donor close to my heart. I will greatly miss Marcie's positive attitude, winning personality and joyful spirit. With heartfelt love, Jan
