Martin Keith Obituary

On June 11, 2010 Martin "Marty" Michael Keith passed away at home in Santa Rosa shortly before dawn at the age of 69 with loved ones by his side. Born in Washington DC July 22, 1940, raised in Pennsylvania moved to California in 1957, came north to Santa Rosa in 1977. Marty was loved by all and touched there lives with his positive attitude toward life and sense of humor. He was a loving man and brought joy to everyone he met. He is survived by his loving wife, Susan Peretti-Keith; daughters Janet Hall, Karrie Morris; step-daughter Cheryl Moulton and husbands; brothers Greg, Joe, Larry, Ed and Rich Keith and wives; sister's Pat Doherty, Bonnie Guge, Ellen Hughes, Lois Gardea and husbands; beautiful grandchildren Renee, Carlee, Aidan, Addison, Kyleigh and Bailey; and many nieces and nephews; and beloved little poodle Shelby Lynn. He will be dearly missed by his partner in pranks Gregg Grubin. Marty was a member of the Santa Rosa Moose Lodge where he would gather with friends sharing good times together. Marty spent his life in construction, owned Martin Keith Painting for 12 years finishing his career working for Cobblestone Homes for five years and then retired. He was passionate about NASCAR and football. His memory will live on in all those who loved him. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to Heartland Hospice Santa Rosa CA. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3600 Valley View Dr, Santa Rosa at 3:00 on June 26, 2010
