My heartfelt condolences go out to The Soare's Family with regards to the passing of Rick. Rick was a great friend and wonderful co-worker. I've known him for many years and will miss him dearly. Rick will truly be missed at the office and especially by me. I'll miss our lunches, coffee breaks, and just passing in the hallway conversations. It is still hard to comprehend that such a fine young man was taken so soon in life. May you all cherish your memories of Rick and keep them in your heart as I know I will. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time. God Bless.

I always found him to be very pleasant, sincere and honest in all of our communications. Rick will be sorely missed.
