To Brian and Stephanie: Having met you only a year ago, I'm so sorry to learn of your loss. Your Uncle Ken was kind enough to tell me about it today. I hope this holiday season is otherwise joyful for you and your family.

To all the Weinmann Family: We are so sorry for your loss. And to the Weinmann kids, we are sorry for the loss of your brother, Bill.
Sincerely, The Flynn Family (Mr. Bob Flynn, Mrs. Lura Flynn (deceased), Kathy, Kristen, Lulu, & Robert)
The Flynn family lived on Elderberry Lane, and the Weinmann's were on Greenberry. Mrs. Weinmann and my Mom (Lura) used to teach catechism after school to my younger brother Robert (Bert) and Brian. I think Lisette knew Lura (Lulu) for awhile. I didn't know Bob. I, Kathy kept running into Bill...
It started in 5th grade at Lucas Valley Elementry School, Mr. Lawerence's class. Bill threw a basketball at me, I ducked, and it smashed through the giant classroom window (typical Bill's luck, 1st suspension, I think), and he was after me ever since.
Next, to my surprise Mr. Weinmann (who my Dad knew from business) pulled up in front of our house in his little green car (a Pinto, I think) to take Bill and I to our first day at Marin Catholic High School (no seat belts and 1/2 a pack of Pall Malls later) we saw each other every day until one day there Bill was not there (there was a susension, of sorts!) I left there too, and went to Terra Linda.
I then ran into him when he was in the Navy, on a Golden Gate transit bus (the old #1 to Santa Rosa), and we were hysterical the whole way North reliving memories of better times. Awhile after that I saw him at a store in Rhonert Park and he was happy, married, with children (1). For all the tough times he went through, he always kept his smile, and his good heart. Those will surely be missed.
I guess the next time I run into him will have to be in heaven. Peace to you all. Kathy.

To Jeanie,and the Weinman family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I just got the news today, otherwise I would have been there with you all to remember Bill. I did try reach out to him a few months back but we never picked it up again. Once again, I'm very sorry for your loss. Bruce
