Charles Sample

March 24, 1960 - May 9, 2020 Charles Joseph Sample, of Redlands, California, at the age of 60, was welcomed into Heaven by our father on 05/09/2020. Charlie's legacy continues in his family by his loving wife, Cindy, their children, Joseph, Amanda, and Jessica, and their grandchildren, Sam, Natalia, and Tripp, and Nevaeh and Mila; his brother, Jim, and sister, Robyn, and his father and mother, Charles and Molly, who passed away shortly after their son. Charlie cherished Cindy, as his wife and best friend. He was very proud to be her husband. Together they were an example of honor, respect, and dedication. Charlie also embraced his title as Father and Grandpa leaving a strong godly legacy for his children and grandchildren, not soon to be forgotten. Psalm 78:4 (ESV) "We will not hide from their children, but tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might, and the wonders that he has done." Charlie loved the Lord and his life was evident of that. Charlie served the Lord with all his heart and poured into many having taught/visited inmates through the Prison Ministry at Harvest Christian Fellowship for 15 years; served the Lord with his whole heart at Refuge Bible Fellowship for 10 years; volunteered at San Bernardino City Mission for 5 years; and donated blood and platelets for 15 years. Charlie's personal relationship with Jesus Christ and his dedication to make Him known, was Charlie's heart's desire. He has left us all the absolute legacy of God's heart by the example he set while on this earth. Matthew 25:23 (NLT) "The master said, "Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more together!'" A celebration to honor Charlie's life will be held on May 21st at 10 AM at Harvest Christian Fellowship on Arlington in Riverside.
