I worked with Curtis at YTS in Chino about 50 years ago.
He was a well liked staff leader and so effective in working with inmates. I still remember him; a great man. Just discovered he had passed.
Condolences to his wonderful family.

Very sorry for you loss, I worked with Curtis at YTS for many years, many good times with him. I was born and raised in the Eastside, used to laugh together about those years in the "hood"! Alot of us old retired YA'ers are gonna miss him.

Our deepest sympathies for your loss. I have to say, what a great photo of Mr. Poole! I've always envied your love and admiration for your father. And that was so evident growing up, and even now, as we remember him. He helped raise strong, personable, & intelligent children, and I'm sure that you were all his pride and joy. Curtis Poole's legacy will continue to live on through your love for your families.
Much love,

Dear Wanda,
How cool is it that your Daddy served in the military and on the Air Force One crew! I 'll bet he had some great stories to tell. It sounds like he had a lot of interests, too. You must be very proud of him.
Love,
