1945 - 2015

DALE WESLEY NEUGART Age 70, of Sun City, CA. went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 26, 2015, after a long illness. He was surrounded by his loving family who will all miss him dearly. Dale was born on Jan. 29, 1945, in Brigham City, Utah, to Wesley and Cleo East Neugart. Dale graduated from Westminster High in 1964 and joined the Navy the same year. Dale was a veteran of the Vietnam War, and had many commendations. He served on both the USS Jerome County (LST 848) and the USS Westchester County (LST 1167). With his military culinary training Dale went on to become a Supervisor SC1 with the California State Correctional System and retired in March of 2003. He would share amazing tales of his travels, the people he would meet and life-lessons from his past. Dale love to spend time fishing, camping, bowling, playing bingo and spending time with his family and friends. He leaves his loving and amazing wife of 43 years, Donna. His mother, Cleo; his children: Victoria, Kimberly, David and Shawn Neugart; grandchildren: Andres and Gabriel Lazaro, Amanda and Frank McLaughlin, Madison, Taylor, Kennedy, Kaylee and Brayden Neugart, Alekhya Reddy, Christopher and Matthew Rose, as well as many nieces and nephews and countless beloved friends. A day of remembrance is planned for Monday, Nov. 9, 2015. Viewing from 10-11am and service from 11am-12pm at Evans Brown Mortuary located at 27010 Encanto Dr, Sun City, followed by a Patriot Guard Escort to Riverside National Cemetery with honor service beginning at 12:45 pm.
