my grandpa was like a hero to me. not only did he fight for our country but he fought for 12 years batting cancer. he had his good days and he had his bad days but even on his worst days he still fought through it. one thing that my grandpa was known for was his love of bingo and grandma would always tell me how grandpa would always talk about me and my brother to his bingo friends all the time. when he won a bingo match he would bring me back a piggy bank and the last one he ever gave me was a care bear and every time i look at it, it remind me of how caring and loving my grandpa was. he would always cheer me up no matter what and i loved that about him. The times that i will miss the most were the camping trips. camping and fishing were also some of his favorite things and i loved to see my grandpa happy. And those were times that i took for granted because i will never be able to have another camping trip with my grandpa again. needless to say i loved my grandpa and i miss him more and more everyday,

I have so many memories of Dale and his wife Donna I could write for days. But the things I will miss the most is not camping, playing cards or gambling with uncle Dale, just sitting down and talking is what I will miss the most. But I will share one memory I will never for get and that is the time I was at Uncle Dales partying with Ron Cass Scott Racobs, and Rocky Torres watching over his wife Donna and watching him come home from one of his jobs sleeping for 2 hours and getting up to go to other. He was one of the hardiest working man I've ever none always provided for his family.I can honestly say that I believe that my wife and I got our work ethics from uncle Dale Love you uncle Dale and will miss very much.

My Uncle Dale fought a hard fight and many times was victorious. This last bout he was ready to let go and be with loved ones who had passed before him. He is missed but I know his memory will live on inside many as he was a great man. I love you and may you rest in peace with the angels.
