Irving Knoth Obituary

IRVING "DeWITT" KNOTH Irving "DeWitt" Knoth, 93, of Haslet, Texas, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2016. A private burial will be held in Westminster, California. Those wishing to sign DeWitt's guestbook may do so at www.yourtribute.com DeWitt was born June 18, 1923 in Alhambra, California to Joseph and Mildred (Brown) Knoth. On November 9, 1944 he married the former Anna Lee Poole and was a proud World War II Veteran, Army Air Corp serving in Panama protecting the Canal from enemy submarines. He is survived by his son, Victor Knoth and his wife Carole of Haslet TX; his two daughters, Margaret Foerschler and her husband Bill of Lakeside, CA and Melody Stolte and her husband Craig of Mansfield, TX; seven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; his sister Elsye Akard of Long Beach, CA and his brother Robert Knoth of Seminole, FL. He was preceded in death by his wife Anna Lee Knoth (Poole) in 1983.
