John Ferre Obituary

JOHN FRANKLIN "FRANK" FERRE
Age 85, passed away on July 2, 2017. Frank was born March 30, 1932 in San Bernardino, CA and lived in Grand Terrace, CA.
Frank graduated from San Bernardino High School in 1950, San Bernardino Valley College in 1952, served in the Army, and then graduated from the University of Redlands in 1958. Frank spent his 40-year career as a CPA with Eadie & Payne, including 30 years as a partner.
Frank served on the Colton Planning Commission, Colton School Board, Grand Terrace Chamber of Commerce, U of R Town & Gown, Riverside Highland Water Company, and Valley College Foundation. He was a member of the Colton Kiwanis Club and later, the Grand Terrace Lions. Frank was very active in the Colton, Redlands, and Riverside Methodist churches.
Frank is survived by his wife of 55 years, Maryetta of Grand Terrace; son Jeff Ferre of Riverside and daughter Julie Shuler of Redlands; daughter-in-law Pamela Ferre; son-in-law Tor Shuler; grandchildren Griffin Ferre, Kendall Ferre; Jace Shuler, and Craig Shuler; and brother Malcolm.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 10:00 am at the Redlands First United Methodist Church, 1 East Olive Ave., Redlands, CA 92373.
