Mark CORONA - ARREDONDO Obituary
CORONA - ARREDONDO
Age 35, of Menifee, CA, passed away on June 3, 2018 in the city of Wildomar, CA. He was a California native, born November 8, 1982, son of Mark Allen Corona Sr. and Tammy Arredondo. Mark lived in Lake Elsinore, CA from 1984-2008, Corona from 2008-2015 and the last three years in Menifee.
He was our beloved hero. He attended Machado Elementary in Lake Elsinore, Terra Cotta Middle School and Temescal Canyon High School. Mark played football for the JAA Tigers in Lake Elsinore and also was on the Temescal Canyon Hockey Club League.
Mark worked 11 years at H & R Industrial Equipment and the last 9 years at WalMart as a Service Technician.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his parents, Mike and Tammy Arredondo; his siblings, Jayson (Sammie), Jonny (Adriana), Michael (Rikki), Christopher (Sonya), Ryan; his girlfriend, Gena; his grandparents, Kathy Rivera, Jonny & Red Corona; his godparents, Nancy Mederos and Cesar Dominguez; many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. Mark was preceded in death by father, Mark Allen Corona Sr. and his grandparents, Jenny & Raul Arredondo.
Viewing will be held at Thomas Miller Mortuary, on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 9am-10am with Chapel Service beginning at 10am. Interment will follow at Corona Sunnyslope Cemetery at 12:45pm.

I just watched about Mark on TV. I'm very sorry for your loss. I am a Steelers fan as well, that being said I'd like to know who the favorite jersey is? I'm hoping Steelers fans can come together and wear that jersey for him. Fly high Mark. My husbands in heaven with you, he's also a Steelers fan and musician. I truly hope you meet each other

Hello never met Mark I just the story of how he died its very sad cannot believe it like you and your Family but I did not know he was a Steelers fan but I am also a Steelers fan I lost a brother in that served in the military but in the Persian gulf war but I saw how Mark grew up such a great guy person brother I had tears In my eyes really sad but I know hes in heaven and looking down and saying love u all its so sad god bless him RIP Mark we are are STEELERS NATION

I didn't know your son but reading what happened and seeing his photo really grabbed me by my heart. I have three boys of my own and my oldest is close in age to Mark. They have the same look as well. I feel so sad for your entire family for I would not know what I'd do if I lost any of my boys! I will pray that you find peace and pray that Mark is in heaven! He will be missed even by a stranger who never even met him!!

Mark and I hadn't spoken since high school, but I have nothing but great memories with him. He was the guy who made everyone feel welcomed and like they'd been his friend for years. Even me, the super shy & awkward girl down the street. He made you smile simply by being himself. I have a lot of great memories skateboarding, jumping on the trampoline, eating junk food, and just playing like little kids even as a teenager.
I don't understand this tragedy. It's awful and hard to come to terms with. So, instead, I'm trying to focus on remembering the great person he was in life. I'm so sorry that I can't make it to the funeral. But I'll make sure to skateboard, jump on the trampoline, eat junk food, and make everyone know they are welcomed, important and loved.
Rest in Peace Mark. You were one of the good ones.

Such a nice person. He would always come up to us and say Hi at family parties. Such an upbeat guy. Last memory, he was in the garage at the last Corona house after a baby shower and blasted the music. Still in my head, Move it move it. Then a smile. Gone to soon. We'll miss seeing him.
