Richard and I grew up in San Bernardino and were school chums all through grade school to college. He was a good natured fellow who knew right from wrong. He was my friend and fellow "scientist". He was a decent human being who will be missed by everyone that knew him.

Rick was a great guy. I always remember him with a smile on his face. As a child, he was my next door neighbor. I used to mow his lawn every once in a while. My sister and I used to play with Mandy and Rachel in the sprinklers on hot summer days.

Our hearts and thoughts are with you. May he rest in peace.

Daddy,

I miss you. I want you to know that I will be just fine. You knew that. I will keep my promise to you. I will break the crazy cycle. Dad you won. We won. You left behind a legacy to me that I will hold dear to my heart forever. Dad, I'm so proud of you. You are a wonderful man and a wonderful father. You are missed by so many. Jack and I love you more than words could express. You know that. I miss you daddy. I hear your voice often in my heart telling me, "It's ok sweets. I love you baby. Let go. I'm home." Daddy, I'll love you forever. This is not goodbye. We will be together again someday soon. I love you daddy.
