Ruth Oliver Obituary

OLIVER, RUTH 12/5/21 to 11/26/04 Age 82, passed away at her home due to cancer. Ruth was born in Wisconsin. She was a loving housewife and mother. Ruth served 2 years, 1943-45, as a WAC in the U.S. Army Corp. She earned her high school diploma in Wisconsin. Ruth married 01/04/46 in Chicago, ILL. and settled in Cicero, ILL. where she raised 7 children. She relocated to Riverside, CA. in 1986. Ruth is survived by 5 daughters, Marianne and Steve Chaffee, Elsie and Gary Arfons, Cindy and Bruce Knoll, Kathy Barnett, Vickey and George Vanecek; Son, Michael and Diane Oliver; 17 Grandchildren; 4 Great-grandchildren. Visitation 12/01, 5-9 p.m. with rosary at Acheson & Graham Garden of Prayer Mortuary. Ruth will be laid to rest in Illinois. ACHESON & GRAHAM MORTUARY Garden of Prayer (951) 688-1221

I send my Deepest Sympathies to The Family of Ruth Oliver. I only met her once a few years ago when she visited Milwaukee with My Aunt Theresa. She Was a Very Sweet and Lovable Woman from the moment I met her.I am very Sorry I couldn't be there for all the services but my Prayers are With your family. I'm sure she'll be missed by all. May God Bless her Soul and have her Rest in Peace. Amen.
